Gene: PIGL - phosphatidylinositol glycan anchor biosynthesis, class L - (NCBI)

This gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the second step of glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) biosynthesis, which is the de-N-acetylation of N-acetylglucosaminylphosphatidylinositol (GlcNAc-PI).
